Journal Entry- June 16th, 2024

This morning on Father’s Day I am reminded to go within my cells and communicate with them to create balance harmony and love… to let go of the past from the wounds of men in my life. That I myself can resonate with love without it coming from an outside source. I can induce feelings of love and value within. Release all people of any responsibility to the feelings of me and give that to my own body. The cells in my body… to the memory of the cells in my body. Return my cells to their original blueprint of love, health and perfection. My cells carry the memory within in them recreating memory over and over and over within its cycle. Never to forget. Create new memory by inducing the frequency of love of self. Mmmmmmm that’s a good feeling ❤️
