Journal Entry- September 6th, 2024

Change is good… and while I may feel alone during darker moments, they are purposefully designed to be incredibly lonely. Only in my stillness can I be one with myself. I am loved, supported and cared for through them. Allow these moments to fall away as the new is becoming with little focus. Keep reaching for the greater self and trust that your truth will be revealed to you….
