When we cross over we leave behind the world we were apart of and all the experiences that go with it…

Because we leave behind our knowledge of the spirit world upon birth and have what seems no way to communicate we are confined to our body and all the memory stored within it. The only way to release the binds without the use of substance which causes harm to the physical body is to learn to communicate with our spirit team. They will guide you through all of it.
