“slow down in order to create a long term memory”
There is a brain/body connection to fear-anxiety that happens when we are in chaos.
Most people are running from and have created busy lifestyles to avoid feelings that arise when they slow down.
They create a looping pattern in that busyness creates fear anxiety which then creates more busyness.
But what are we running from?
The Primordial fear: If we slow down or stop long enough, what we are running from, will catch us.
We are igniting our primordial fear by living a fast pace experience.
Slow down! Remember you are safe, remember you are supported, remember there are options, remember time means nothing, remember life is a journey, remember it’s all an experience that has value.
The question is, how do we make this our long term memory?
The answer, slow down and stop running.
You are telling your body it is safe, when you take the time to self care and rest. Allow yourself time to rest! Answers to any change comes when you rest! You engage a flow into all things.
Spirit is a life line and the voice of reason when you are in fear and panic.
Stop to talk with them and remind your body that it is safe to do so.
