There is nothing to let go of.. there is only to build upon.

To dream is to create✨ adding to our strengths, gifts and biological story.

Listening to and honoring our emotions is to move us beyond generational limitations.

Future generations will benefit from your work and continue to add their own generational knowledge forever stored within the DNA.

To numb out or refuse to honor your emotions is a life lived in death.
